It is interesting how portrait traditions are regional. Here in Colorado, it is rare to have First Communion portraits taken. But out east, it is common. I have always admired the beautiful First Communion portraits (3 generations!) hanging on my Mother-in-law’s wall. So I was pleased when this Mom who is a transplant from the east contacted me for her daughter’s portraits.
