I’m proud to announce that I have earned the Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) designation from Professional Photographers of America (PPA)! To earn my CPP, I had to pass a 2 hour exam and then pass an image review by a panel of print judges. Whew!

We planned a combo session for this sweet 3 yr old girl. Good thing because it was a bit too cold outside. Once we went into the studio and turned on some music she was a happy camper, dancing and twirling in the warmth. So cute!

I was thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph this young lady for the cancer survivor display. It is so unfair for anyone to have to battle cancer much less a child. She was diagnosed and treated when she was a baby.

I just love these twins. Their mom has been one of my dearest friends for 33 years. So when I look at them I can easily see my childhood friend within. I was very happy to have them in my studio!

This returning client decided to have some action in their session this time. So after playing with their absolutely adorable puppy, we brought out the mattress, started the music and moved! Both kids had a blast!

The timing of this session was very carefully planned. The Mom had been waiting patiently for her son’s front two teeth to fall out so we could capture that wonderful toothless smile before those new teeth started growing in. And now she has been waiting patiently for me to proof all those Alaska sessions! Thank you for your patience! 🙂
